TIK teachers are expected to be highly dedicated and respected professionals who demonstrate a proven track record of academic excellence and community leadership. Teachers must be able to work comfortably in an open family-like community, and have an orientation towards Music and Arts, volunteerism, community service, and values-based education. Candidates for teaching vacancies at TIK are expected to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and three years of verifiable teaching experience with young learners.
